Installation Notes:
The Outdoor Series is designed for wall-mount applications and features a 32″ bottom depth, 15″ top depth, and 24″ overall height to create a deep smoke capture zone. These hoods support both vertical and horizontal discharge, allowing for flexible venting during installation. Ducting should be rigid, metal, and properly sealed to preserve airflow. Hoods are available in 36", 42", 48", 60", and 72" widths, with matching filter configurations.
Power Requirements:
Internal Blower Models: Require 120 V / 60 Hz with standard 15–20 A circuits.
LED Lighting: Dimmable 50-watt halogens included and pre-wired.
Maintenance Instructions:
Filters should be removed and cleaned regularly in the dishwasher or by hand. Wipe down the stainless steel exterior using a microfiber cloth and grain-compatible cleaner. Avoid abrasives. Before and after cooking, run the blower for a few minutes to ensure residual smoke and heat are cleared.
